Why We Built This Site
Public access in Indiana depends on the record and its custodian. MyCase may display a warrant event in a public case summary, but it is not a complete warrant database. The Huntington County Clerk manages local court filing and payment channels, while Circuit and Superior Courts control judicial orders. The Sheriff handles county law-enforcement and custody routing. No current municipal or town court appears for Huntington County in Administrative Rule 8. Bringing these boundaries together helps a reader reach the office that can answer the actual question.
What You Will Find Here

- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Huntington County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Indiana court, the Huntington County Sheriff, the County Clerk, or any government agency. Those limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
